The design of the mudguard system is based on the law of conservation of energy. The amount of energy introduced into the system is determined, and then, under the constraints of force and stress, the ship's hull, double-layer high-pressure oil pipes, fenders, and docks are designed as a means to absorb energy. For linear elastic structures, the static load level of half the energy deflection amount is considered. Allowances should also be made for other vessels that may dock at the pier. If the structure is particularly rigid, it can be assumed that there is no energy absorption.
Marine pumps are mainly used to transport liquids including water, oil, acidic and alkaline liquids, emulsions, suspensions, and liquid metals. They can also transport liquid-gas mixtures and liquids containing suspended solids. They transfer the mechanical energy of the original idea or other external energy to the liquid, increasing the energy of the liquid. In general, the efficiency of positive displacement pumps is higher than that of dynamic pumps. The flow rate of positive displacement pumps is constant at a certain speed or number of strokes and does not change significantly with pressure; reciprocating pumps have significant flow and pressure pulsations, requiring corresponding measures to reduce pulsation; rotary pumps generally have no pulsation or only small pulsations; they have self-priming capability, allowing them to draw liquid after starting; when starting the pump, the discharge pipeline valve should be fully opened; reciprocating pumps are suitable for high pressure and low flow; rotary pumps are suitable for medium to low flow and higher pressure; reciprocating pumps are suitable for transporting clean liquids or gas-liquid mixtures.
Under normal circumstances, there are mainly two reasons for the differential current in the differential circuit: first, the current transformer ratio error on both sides of the motor is different, resulting in a very small differential current, which is less than 5% of the motor's rated current id. Second, the difference in secondary load of the current transformers on both sides can also cause a difference in their transformation ratios, resulting in a differential current.
Therefore, it is crucial to properly handle the pipeline interface work to ensure the quality of pipeline connections. From the perspective of pipeline installation technology, the suction pipeline requires strict sealing and must not leak air or water; otherwise, it will damage the vacuum at the water pump's inlet, reducing the water output, and in severe cases, it may even fail to draw water.
