●CP2-0.6 Self-priming Device
1. This device uses compressed air at a pressure of 0.7 MPa to 0.9 MPa as the working medium and an AC 220V power supply as the control voltage. The objects to be suctioned include air, clear water, or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to those of clear water.
2. Compressed air is introduced through the air hose connector, passes through a solenoid valve and a Venturi device, and is then ejected at high speed from the nozzle, creating a negative pressure around the nozzle. This negative pressure can be used to draw in gases or liquids.
3. After connecting the power supply, connect the air source. Press the start button. When the air pressure reaches the set value of 0.7 MPa, the self-priming device will begin operating. At this point, timing starts. When the timer reaches the preset value, the main motor of the water pump will start, and the self-priming device will stop working. The duration of self-priming depends on the size—large or small—and length—long or short—of the water pump’s suction pipe, as well as the suction lift. This device is pre-set at the factory to 3 minutes. Users can adjust the setting according to their actual usage conditions. Overview: This product features a double-action reciprocating piston design and is suitable for pumping freshwater, fuel oil, sewage, and non-corrosive liquids. It is not intended for use with liquids containing fibers or other solid particles.

 

●AELC53 Self-priming device
This device uses compressed air as its working medium and operates on the principle of the Venturi effect. It is controlled by a 220V AC voltage and uses the water level as a reference to start the pump motor. The key features of this device are:

  1. Solid structure, attractive appearance, and minimal space occupation;
  2. Reliable performance, precise control;
  3. Wide applicability, no adjustment required;
  4. The cost is slightly higher.

The drawbacks of this device are: it requires a compressed air source and a 220V power supply.
The two types of self-priming devices for pumps described above each have their own characteristics. Users can select the appropriate one based on design requirements and actual operating conditions to meet different needs.
